Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Early Years Trainees to collaborate with our educational team, ensuring the effective operation of our childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a passion for learning through exceptional teaching practices aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Guarantee the safety of all children while providing enriching and stimulating experiences.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues to cultivate a motivating workplace.
• Complete training and assignments as per the agreement to achieve necessary childcare qualifications.

Candidate Profile:

• GCSE in Maths/English or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue the required functional skills.
• Some prior experience working with infants or children under five years old.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Exhibit Storal values of accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
