Job Summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our Human Resources Department. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including onboarding, personnel administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Employee Support: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Personnel Administration: Handle personnel administration tasks, including database maintenance, HR form provision, and record-keeping.
  • HR Data Management: Collect and report data on HR issues, and communicate with relevant parties to ensure compliance.
  • Tickets Handling and Support: Assist in tickets handling, explain procedures related to expenses and benefits, and provide support to employees.
  • Training and Development: Research and propose training providers and subsidies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in English and French, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Abilities: Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience in HR program development a plus.
