The Sales & Growth Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy of Pathfinder365, which is currently in its early stages. We are seeking an individual who is eager to engage in the foundational aspects of a startup's growth journey, focusing on innovation, creativity, and impactful execution.

The primary objective of this position is to enhance our inbound sales processes by establishing a robust digital marketing framework. This includes:

  • Developing and refining our social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Creating and managing compelling content across various platforms, including blogs and newsletters.
  • Implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve online visibility.
  • Analyzing website metrics and performance to inform marketing decisions.
  • Building relationships with micro-influencers to expand our audience.
  • Designing and executing a webinar strategy to engage potential clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and collaborate closely with leadership on content creation. This role is crucial for guiding our marketing efforts and supporting the sales process. We are looking for someone with a proactive work ethic who can thrive in an autonomous work environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.

For the right individual, this position offers significant growth potential. The aim is to develop an effective, scalable marketing strategy that generates a successful inbound sales funnel. This will involve constructing and testing Pathfinder's marketing and sales strategies in the market.

Position Type:

Compensation:

$800.00-$1,200.00 per week
