Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all client needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Work closely with account executives to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and advice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all client needs are met and that the company's goals and objectives are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years' experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance.
- RIBO License.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Insurance, Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Computer proficiency, with experience in insurance-specific software and systems.
