Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Katherine Flandez. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel regularly.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
