We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at BJS Transport Ltd. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of professionalism in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Logistics: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in long haul truck driving is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
