Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather information about their employment history, educational background, and career aspirations.
  • Assess clients' problems and develop personalized case histories to inform their career development plans.
  • Identify barriers to employment and provide guidance on job readiness skills, job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
  • Administer and interpret tests to determine clients' interests, aptitudes, and abilities.

  • Conduct vocational testing and psychometric assessments to inform career development plans.
  • Liaise with community agencies and partners to identify additional or alternative services and provide referrals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in career development or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Professional accreditation in career development or a related field.
