Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Patidar Foods. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including ethnic cuisine. Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
