Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage and control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional Guest Services and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18
  • Prior retail and management experience required
  • Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
