About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Investigator to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading the prevention of loss and ensuring the security of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute asset protection initiatives to prevent loss and protect company assets.
- Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Detect and apprehend shoplifters, and complete related documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shortage and improve store security.
- Collaborate with store teams to identify and address operational deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Valid region/market specific security license (except in Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan).
- Awareness of retail procedures and civil proceedings process.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
