We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team at the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency. As a Medical Physicist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of radiation therapy equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement radiation therapy treatment plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct quality assurance tests on radiation therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the radiation therapy team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new radiation therapy technologies and techniques.
- Provide education and training to radiation therapy staff on new technologies and techniques.
- Master's degree in Medical Physics or a related field.
- Experience working in a hospital or medical facility setting.
- Specialization in medical and health physics.
- Criminal record check.
