Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Distribution to lead our distribution centre operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of distribution centre staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution centre efficiency and productivity, ensuring that all processes are optimized for maximum output.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and supply chain, to ensure that all aspects of the distribution centre are running smoothly.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure that all distribution centre operations are compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in distribution centre leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving distribution centre efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
