Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Roll Coal Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of transportation staff, including dispatchers, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of vehicles and cargo, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and Analyze reports on transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Train and Develop transportation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, including with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
Working Conditions

The Transportation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent communication with staff, management, and customers. The successful candidate will be required to work a regular 30-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
