We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at JK Photography & Films Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual elements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Collaborate: Work closely with other designers and technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Estimate and Plan: Accurately estimate the time required to complete designs and illustrations, and plan accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Adapt and Innovate: Adapt existing illustrations and develop new ones to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Storyboarding and Development: Assist in creating storyboards for multimedia, interactive, and digital products, and television advertising and productions.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, and ensure they meet their communications needs.
- Design and Production: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, and create 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinate sub-contracting, and determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect.
- Guidelines and Development: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, and develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives.
- Content Creation: Use existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and copywrite to create engaging content.
- Quality Assurance: Process files and paperwork, and conduct usability testing to ensure the highest quality output.

Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
