Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage and train a team of 5-10 staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of merchandise, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Recruit and supervise staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a furniture store setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other business software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Standing for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
