About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compiler Engineer to join our AWS Neuron team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance compilers for machine learning workloads on AWS Inferentia and Trainium.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop innovative compiler solutions to optimize machine learning workloads on AWS Inferentia and Trainium.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compiler solutions with AWS services and applications.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality, highly available, and scalable compiler solutions.
  4. Research and implement new compiler technologies to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • Experience in leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
