Tower Services and Contracting Ltd Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions and order parts as needed, maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Keep detailed maintenance records and documentation, including test results and repair history.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks and other equipment, using specialized tools and equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
