BIM Modeler Job Description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the development of building information models using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create accurate and efficient BIM models.
  • Develop and manage 3D models to produce architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to BIM technology.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role.
  • Proficiency in BIM Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
