We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our interdisciplinary team at the Luther Court Society. As a Family Physician, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose acute and chronic diseases/illnesses, and provide treatment and follow-up care
- Prescribe and refill medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform minor surgical procedures
- Manage chronic diseases and end-of-life care, and refer patients to specialists and specialty programs as needed
- Contribute to population health programs by providing education to individuals, families, and communities
This is a full-time or part-time position, with a minimum of hours per year. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive primary health care to our patients.
