Job Title: Truck Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Supervisor to join our team at SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinating repairs and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise truck drivers and projects to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

Our team works outdoors, and you will be required to spend time at our warehouse and on the road. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
