We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Lead to join our team at Domino\u2019s Pizza Canada. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong background in customer service and team management. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the high standards of Domino\u2019s Pizza Canada.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Managing inventory, cleaning, and office supplies
  • Confirming accurate completion of daily paperwork
  • Promptly handling customer concerns within 48 hours
  • Adhering to the policies and standards of Domino\u2019s Pizza Canada

A large part of the role will be running or co-running shifts in the pizza store. This will involve making pizzas, serving customers, completing shift prep, doing paperwork, and leading the team. The constant goal will be to help the team ensure that day-to-day operations are handled flawlessly and customers receive exceptional product and service.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Base Salary starting at $39,000/yr
