Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and Processing Goods: Receive and inspect goods, verify invoices, and store items in a secure and organized manner.
- Shipping and Preparing Goods: Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring all necessary documents are attached and accurate.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French (written and verbal). Basic level of English proficiency required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy goods (60-75lbs) and operate a forklift (certification a plus).
