About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drafting Specialist to join our team at RITO RENOVATION LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed engineering designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop design sketches and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine work requirements
  • Train and mentor new drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop and prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Write technical reports and specifications
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
