Compensation:
$23 to $26 per hour, in addition to bonuses and a 2% commission on all personal sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, including talent management, sales enhancement, customer service, and operational duties.
- Lead the recruitment and development of store talent, which includes direct hiring, collaboration with the Recruiting Department, onboarding new team members, and creating ongoing development plans for store associates.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in the lab area, and report any equipment issues, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses to management.
Qualifications:
- Possess an associate's degree or have a minimum of 2 years of experience in store management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs within a team setting.
- Knowledgeable in talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
