About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at MAAN 02 Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the site for construction, including mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Salvage and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site is safe and efficient.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and direct traffic at or near construction sites as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: This role requires working in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
  • Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
