About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at 9142-2436 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Service Delivery: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, provide custom hair and scalp treatment, and shampoo customers' hair.
  • Appointment Management: Book appointments and maintain a smooth workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other hair stylists and other staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Product Application: Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair, and apply hair extensions.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure a well-stocked inventory.
