About the Role

Magna International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Reporting Systems department, you will be responsible for the administration of our OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close, and Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage integrations, data quality processes, and metadata updates from source ERP systems to OneStream.
  • Implement OneStream reports, dashboards, and system changes/enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliant controls, coordinating with auditors as needed.
  • Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical and functional support for OneStream applications to end users.
  • Ensure timely project completion and deliver critical objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/systems analyst roles, preferably as a financial systems administrator/manager. OneStream knowledge preferred.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience managing OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close, and Planning, Budget, and Forecasting applications.
  • Familiarity with multiple sources of EPM data integrations and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and comfortable working with complex financial data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
