Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage hotel operations to achieve highest levels of guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and implement impactful strategies to drive property success, leveraging P&L statements and market trends.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Direct the leadership team in developing and implementing hotel-wide strategies, fostering a synergistic business environment.
  • Be highly visible, interacting with guests to obtain feedback on service levels and overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze service issues, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and improve guest satisfaction results.
  • Review sales goals and strategies to ensure alignment with brand business strategy and proper pricing and positioning of the property in the market.
  • Support sales strategy, encouraging leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set goals to drive financial performance.
  • Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps, implementing measures to correct deficiencies.
  • Responsible for monthly and weekly revenue/expense forecasting, participating in preparing annual revenue and expense budgets.
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times, touring and inspecting property daily to monitor cleanliness, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager at a property with over 300 rooms.
