About the Role

MVP Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Problem Solving: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance and advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week.
