Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1389797 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu requirements.
  • Ensure food and service quality meet our high standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate our team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
  • English language as the primary language of communication.
