About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare food and drinks to our high standards
- Manage delivery and mobile orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Assemble orders and package take-out and delivery with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for our guests, staff, and yourself
