Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Cementation Canada is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians to complete electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Develop and implement training programs for electricians to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage electrical inventory and supplies
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a licensed electrician
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience with electrical maintenance management software
  • Certification in electrical safety and first aid
