Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, evaluate, and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Manage the pharmacy operations to meet established objectives and financial targets.
  • Oversee the scheduling of associates based on business requirements, conduct ongoing assessments, and perform regular performance evaluations.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans to align with corporate objectives, including corrective actions based on performance reports and audits.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management in the pharmacy by adhering to company protocols, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues to guarantee a superior customer experience.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals within the organization.
  • Process prescriptions and refill requests from customers and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure the precise, efficient, and safe filling of prescriptions while providing guidance to patients on pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pharmacist License.
