Warehouse Operations Manager

Tenaxx Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights into warehouse operations and performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
