About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and perfection of our guest areas, including corridors, rooms, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including corridors, rooms, and public spaces.
  • Stock and maintain linen storage rooms and armoires with supplies and amenities.
  • Empty trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
  • Assist Housekeepers as required, including moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
  • Pick up and deliver guest request items on a timely basis.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Carry out any other related duties as specified by your Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in French, both orally and in writing (beginner level).
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a luxury hotel is ideal.
  • Knowledge of the various cleaning products and machines used is a plus.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in French and English.
  • Ability to work all shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight).
