Job Title: Shift Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses to join our team. As a Shift Registered Practical Nurse, you will use your clinical skills to provide high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in home health care.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body as a Registered Practical Nurse.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
