About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Silverline Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule drywall installation activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of drywall installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect drywall installation and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage drywall materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all drywall installation activities are conducted in a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including drywall installation schedules, material usage, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in drywall installation techniques
