Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver/handyman to join our team at Tabitha. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for emptying apartment units of items left behind and transporting them to the dump using a truck and trailer. Additionally, you will perform repairs and maintenance tasks on the units, including patching, painting, and replacing doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a truck and trailer to collect items from apartment units and transport them to the dump
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on apartment units, including patching, painting, and replacing doors
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the maintenance team
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving a truck and trailer
  • Skilled in repairs and maintenance tasks, including patching, painting, and replacing doors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
