Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning of shared building areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all common spaces, such as hallways, air vents, light fixtures, emergency equipment, landings, entrances, elevators, and laundry facilities.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized at all times.
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with residents.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
