Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Timur Leckebusch. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Housekeeping and Organization: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, and maintain the organization of closets, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time and be prepared to work a 40-hour week.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent service to clients and prioritize their needs.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
