We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Petro Canada. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a clean and appetizing manner.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
