Job Summary

As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of our aircraft maintenance management system (AMOS). Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, ensuring seamless system workflows, and providing exceptional technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance Line Maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations to provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and validation of AMOS processes
  • Configure and set up AMOS systems to meet organizational needs
  • Support complex reporting requirements for ACC teams
  • Participate in regular organizational meetings and contribute to Porter's Safety Management System
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in aviation maintenance departments
  • Strong technical skills and experience with aviation maintenance management software systems, with AMOS experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
