Job Title: Family Caregiver

Roxanne Lakdawala is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Perform laundry and linen duties, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist with medication management, as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
