Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering fuel and lubricants to our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work co-operatively with team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Promote our company's values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence through your daily interactions.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with our customers by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Safely and efficiently deliver fuel and lubricants to our customers, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date logbook and paperwork at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated successful experience driving vehicles in all seasons, requiring a Class 1 License.
  • Self-motivated, self-managing, and takes initiative to do the job in a manner that demonstrates our company's values.
  • Experience driving on resource roads is considered an asset.
  • Positive attitude and proven ability to work with a team in a culture of sales and service.
  • Experience with two-way radio is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle driving in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
  • Believes in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognizes the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
