- Provide education and resources to clients on effective money management, budgeting, and debt reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to create and implement debt management plans, ensuring timely payments and successful debt resolution.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring the highest level of expertise and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or social work.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial counseling, debt management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
- Fluency in French is a requirement for this role, with language testing conducted as part of the recruitment process.
