Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales at CTS GLOBAL LOGISTICS CANADA INC. plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its sales objectives while ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and orchestrate the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight; develop and endorse marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate appropriate authority and foster optimal working conditions.
