Concrete Grouting & Repair Team Member

Position Overview

We seek individuals with construction expertise to perform physically intensive tasks, including lifting, bending, and utilizing power tools in diverse environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and apply grout to specified areas
  • Fix damaged precast panels
  • Employ power tools to complete precast concrete tasks
  • Support efforts to progress construction activities
  • Work alongside a team of 3-5 members on-site
  • Adhere to directives from supervisors

Qualifications

  • Successfully complete pre-employment assessment following the interview
  • Hold certifications in First Aid, Work Platform, and Fall Protection
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Available for work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Physically capable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working at heights while adhering to safety protocols
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in concrete grouting and repair
  • Familiarity with small machinery
  • Local residents or those willing to relocate to Central Alberta
