Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support to emergency crews and staff areas, ensuring prompt resolution of equipment issues.
- Guarantee technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock of spare parts and materials.
- Support the Engineering area in researching and assessing the best equipment available, and in the start-up of new equipment.
- Draw up the maintenance cost budget and ensure costs are kept within agreed limits.
- Ensure the application of health, safety, and environment standards and practices.
- Comply with HSE procedures, report any incidents or observations, and participate in the investigation process.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions, and keep updated the risk analysis and environmental aspect assessment.
- Participate in the development of maintenance information systems and support actions as required.
- Participate in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy.
- Analyze, interpret, and recommend courses of action for more complex topics.
- Interact with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
- Act as a shift leader, responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
- Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Proactively motivate, coach, communicate with, and develop staff, and manage HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
- Mechatronic or mechanical specialization/degree.
- Previous supervisory experience would be considered a strong asset.
