About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer in Test and Automation to join our team at RideCo. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our on-demand transit platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and project stakeholders to determine requirements and implement test cases
  • Validate new functionality of mobile, web, and back-end applications for correctness, completeness, accessibility, usability, scalability, and security
  • Develop test automation strategies and frameworks
  • Build, maintain, and enhance tools that streamline and automate all forms of testing
  • Analyze and report the results of testing efforts in a clear and timely manner
About the Team

Our Test & Automation Team works cross-functionally within our Engineering organization, being part developer, part tester, and wearing whatever hat is needed at any given time. You need to be an excellent communicator and thrive in a small-team environment with fast-paced agile iterations.
