Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, establishing rapport and building trust in our services
    • Provide recommendations on moving services, supplies, and equipment to meet customer needs
    • Obtain customer feedback throughout the move to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Perform daily truck inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
    • Accurately calculate charges for services and complete move-related paperwork
    • Ensure truck and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
